Pear - Chia Puree
This puree contains pear, healthy fats, and chia seeds that can help relieve constipation. The chia seeds help to draw water into the bowel which will help soften the stool.

INGREDIENTS:
2 pears
1 tbsp soaked chia seeds
1 tsp coconut oil
1 pinch cinnamon
PREPARATION
1. Add 3 tsp water to chia seeds and allow them to soak. (about 20min)
2. Peel the skin of the pears and remove the core and chop.
3. Steam pears until soft.
4. Add the steamed pears, coconut oil, and cinnamon to a food processor and blend. Blend until completely smooth. If needed add more water or coconut milk to make sure the puree is not too thick.
5. Stirsoaked chia seeds into the puree.
